PROGRAMME
Our school located in Waterford, in the south of Ireland, allows students to enjoy the benefits of the rich viking history, the Irish culture and their friendly people. It is a safe coastal place with the best weather in the country. The city is within easy reach of outdoor activities such as going to the beach, hiking or other sports. All these ingredients along with our expertise create the perfect balance to enable a lovely and unforgettable learning experience.
Accomodation
Residence - Host family
- Our residential accommodation is Riverwalk so students experience the true feeling of living on this beautiful campus. Students of the same age and gender stay together and we mix nationalities. All our rooms are either single or twin rooms, with individual bathrooms. Each group leader is accommodated in the residence near their students, whose responsibilities are to watch the wellbeing of the students, check breakfast, dinner and bedtime. There is a laundry room available 24/7.
- Accommodation in homestays is either in Waterford in walking distance of our school or in surrounding areas with a very short bus journey. Our hosts typically take 2-3 students at a time. Families will do student’s laundry as part of their normal home routine. We carefully match students with families. Families are strictly checked and garda vetted.

Meals
Families provide breakfast, packed lunch and evening meals. Meals are nutritious and we can cater for some special diets on request. When residential accommodation takes place every flat is provided with cereals, milk, cocoa, tea or coffee, bread for toasts and marmalade or butter. Every morning, before heading to the daily activities, a packed lunch is given consisting of 2 sandwiches, a piece of fruit, a bottle of water and a snack. At around 7 pm hot homemade dinner is delivered to each flat including starter, main course, fruit, yoghurt, sometimes ice cream or special treats.
Transport
Private coach waits for our students in Dublin airport to take them safely to Waterford and back. During their stay students receive a Leap card for unlimited public transport for excursions and when necessary to and from school.
Choosing dates
We are flexible regarding arrival and departure days and times. However we strongly recommend arriving on a Sunday so that students can begin the programme on a Monday and leave on the corresponding Saturday or Sunday. Extra nights are also available if necessary. Our summer camp 2024 takes place from 1st July to 2nd August.
